A: We accept bank wire, ACH, and other secure payment methods. Full details are provided at checkout.

Q: Can I cancel my order after it’s placed?
A: Orders can only be canceled before shipment and before prices are locked for market-sensitive assets like bullion. Restocking or market loss fees may apply.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after payment clears. Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method selected.

Q: Is my package insured?
A: Yes. All packages are fully insured through Cabrella Shipping Insurance Intelligence until delivery.

Q: Will I receive tracking information?
A: Yes. Tracking numbers will be provided by email once your order has shipped.

Q: Can I return my order?
A: Due to the nature of precious metals, all sales are final. However, exceptions may be made for incorrect or damaged items. Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
